Car will be given clean and must be returned the car in same condition to avoid cleaning fee. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option

Car will come with a full tank of Premium 91 gas. Please return it at same fuel level fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, If not filled, refueling cost of $10.00 per gallon of gas + $10 inconvenience fee

Parking Tickets need to be paid directly by you once you get the ticket. If you fail to pay the parking ticket you will be charged for the ticket, plus any penalties, and a $25 admin fee charged

 Not all cars have GPS built in, I recommend using Waze or Google maps on your phone.

Guest has 24 hours after booking to cancel trip. Any cancellations done after the 24 hour window will be charged 50% of the full amount of rental reservation. Same day bookings have 1 hour after booking to cancel, otherwise the cancellation fee is 50% of the full amount of rental reservation.

US Residents must have a Valid driver’s license. A photo of the front and back of ID will be requested prior to car pickup.

Visitors from other countries must have a passport, valid driver’s license or international license present at the time of rental.

Renters are required to provide proof of full coverage insurance that will extend over to the rental vehicle. An insurance card and/or declaration page must be provided in order to verify coverage amounts. **We offer Insurance Plans for purchase as low as $45/day if you do not carry your own insurance.**

We Require a minimum of $250 to $1000 USD deposit depending on the vehicle. Deposits are fully refundable once the vehicle is inspected upon return. Deposits can take 5-7 business days or sometimes longer depending on your banking system. Credit Cards and Debit Cards are preferred.

24Seven will place a security deposit hold on your card for all bookings. This hold is placed in case of incidentals (tickets, tolls, smoking fees, rim/tire damage etc). In the case of no incidentals, the security hold will be released 7 days from when the car is returned.

 The amount will be displayed separately from the trip cost on the checkout page. We’ll also process the deposit as a separate transaction, so you’ll see hold  for the deposit and a charge for the trip on your payment card.

How much do you charge for a security deposit?

Security deposit charges vary depending on your age, vehicle type, and country. Security deposits range from $250-$1000

Yes, multiple guests can drive the car you book on 24Seven Rent A Car, as long as they are all approved to drive. The primary driver (whoever booked the car) can add additional drivers for a fees. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers. We encourage you to request to add additional drivers before your trip starts.

To speed up the process, have your additional driver create a 24Seven account and get approved to drive before you request to add them. All drivers must have a valid driver’s license and meet the age requirements for the car you’ve booked.

If the damage is minor, you and you can keep the vehicle.
If you’d prefer to return the car early, you can arrange that with your us as well. 
We can agree to work together to resolve the claim independently. 

If the vehicle is undriveable, contact us for roadside assistance.

Our corporate office receives 1000’s of pieces of mail, they have to get sorted, opened, reviewed, and researched to identify if it is a citation or others. Our terms and conditions state “without prior notification” since it is nearly impossible to reach out to each renter per citation mailed.
In the Greater Los Angeles Area, the city will likely impound the vehicles due to un-paid multiple parking citations thus we do our very best to clear it all up so that current/future renters will not suffer or get inconvenience due to an oversite from our previous customers.

Inform the staff at the rental counter and/or email reservations@24sevenrentacar.com of the situation prior to starting your administrative review. Most administrative reviews must be received by the agency within 21 calendar days of receiving the citation and in most cases the fine has to be paid to the agency before moving forward to the administrative hearing. When you win your case, send us a copy of the letters, we will contact the agency to issue us a check and when we receive the check we will refund you.

Pay the agency now or at least before the due date on the ticket and inform the staff when you return the rental vehicle and/or email reservations@24sevenrentacar.com of the citation and the proof of payment. If you do not pay the agency immediately and our corporate office gets the citation notice, your credit card will get charged for the citation/violation plus an additional $50 admin/processing fee.

Yes, additional drivers can be added at the counter during the rental process. The added driver must be present with the main driver and have a valid Driver’s License. There are additional charge for additional drivers.
If the driver is between 21- 24 years of age, an underage fee will be charged (fee will vary based on the vehicle make/model). There can be a maximum of 4 drivers per vehicle.

24Seven Rent a Car will only rent to a non-licensed renter is if the individual is unable to drive due to a disability. Otherwise, you must present a valid license in your name in order to rent from 24Seven
